The RIIMPO324F course provides training for operating graders in civil construction environments. Participants will gain the skills necessary to use graders for tasks such as leveling, grading, and shaping surfaces. The course covers pre-operational checks, safe operation techniques, and basic maintenance procedures to ensure effective and reliable use of the grader.

• Must have good verbal and written comprehension of the English language.

• A general understanding of workplace health and safety (such as a White Card) is recommended.

• Must hold a USI (unique student identifier) number.

• Must wear long sleeved shirt, long leg pants and steel cap boots.

• No specific prior experience with roller equipment is required, but familiarity with heavy machinery is beneficial.

1 to 2 day course (depending on experience)

• Training is delivered through a mix of theoretical classroom instruction and practical, hands-on sessions.

• Includes operational practice with graders and assessments to verify competency.
